How does the free trial work?

When you start your trial you’ll have access to all features on the Starter plan. Just select the Support Starter plan and any add-ons you need, then enter your credit card details to start your free 14 day trial. If you want to trial a specific plan, simply contact us. After your free trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically to prevent any interruption to your service. But if you cancel in the first 14 days you won't be charged.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards, ACH, checks, and wire transfer payments.

How does Fin AI pricing work?

Fin usage is measured in Resolutions. This ensures that you only pay when Fin does what you care about most; resolving a customer’s question.

What is an AI Resolution? When following the last AI Answer in a conversation, the customer confirms the answer provided is satisfactory or exits the conversation without requesting further assistance.

How does seat pricing work?

Seats give teammates access to different Support tools in Intercom. Each teammate that uses Intercom will need at least one seat.

How is ‘people reached’ calculated?

The number of unique people you’ve reached this past month using Outbound messaging.

People Reached means you only pay for the value you get from Intercom. The ‘people reached’ are the individual users who in the last 30 days received at least one Outbound message from you.

What happens if I hit my contracted ‘people reached’ limit?

Intercom will automatically bill you for your overages. As long as you pay for your overages on time, we will not stop your campaigns or pause your account.
